These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the abaje platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of abaje.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between abaje ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or makes use of the services available at abaje.app. By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you expressly confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.
abaje reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use abaje, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

abaje employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited. abaje reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending receipt and verification of such proof.
Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. abaje strongly recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on devices accessible to minors.
3 Account Registration & KYC
Each player may hold only one registered account on abaje. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
3.1 Registration Information
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number accessible via a Bangladesh-registered SIM card or mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. abaje shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
3.2 KYC Verification
abaje operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal request is processed, you will be required to submit satisfactory identity verification documents, which may include:
- A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number).
- A selfie or live photo taken alongside your identity document, where requested.
abaje reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place a hold on withdrawal processing until all required KYC documentation has been received, reviewed, and approved. 3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out from your account — whether by you or by any third party who has accessed your credentials — is your sole responsibility. abaje shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
abaje accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your abaje account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider. abaje charges no fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which abaje accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your abaje account. abaje reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative funding sources at its sole discretion.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. abaje aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within minutes of approval; processing times for other methods may vary. abaje reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will be denied or reversed in the following circumstances: (a) outstanding KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved; (b) there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to the balance; (c) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; or (d) there are insufficient cleared funds in the account balance after deducting any applicable wagering requirements.
4.3 Currency
The abaje platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, transaction values, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are displayed and processed in BDT. abaje does not guarantee any specific exchange rate for players depositing in foreign currencies via international card methods.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using abaje, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abaje platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for standard human player use.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or reported bug must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the abaje platform or any of its payment processing channels.
- Using another player's account or allowing a third party to use your account.

- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward abaje staff or other players via any support or communication channel.
abaje employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity continuously. Any account found to be in breach of this section may be immediately suspended pending investigation. abaje reserves the right to share information with relevant authorities, payment providers, and other gaming platforms where fraudulent activity is suspected.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your abaje account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of verification.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 month and 5 years. 7.3 Closure or Suspension by abaje

- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
Where an account is closed by abaje due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, underage gambling, or money laundering — abaje reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the abaje platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia elements — is the property of abaje or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; (b) create derivative works based on any platform content; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; (d) use any abaje trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written permission from abaje; or (e) frame or embed any portion of the platform on an external website.

9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform (gambling involves risk and losses are the player's responsibility).
- Technical failures, server downtime, game errors, or connectivity interruptions beyond abaje's reasonable control.
